This is the first time this generational farm has been offered to the public in over 75 years. All tracts are mostly in level grass, with paved road frontage and city water available. The property is unrestricted and septic approved, ideal for small hobby farms. The Cumberland Mountains provide a beautiful back drop, and Norris Lake is within a few short minutes. This is the perfect opportunity, to build, to retire, or simply to invest. Powell Valley property is a rarity, and this farm is a true jewel.
