Preview Auction Items: Saturday, October 17 | Starting at 3:00pm | Auction items will be available for viewing at Midway Heights Elementary School. While enjoying the Fall Festival, be sure to stop by the auction tables to check out the items up for bid!
Auction Ends: Saturday, October 17 | Starting at 6:30pm | The credit card on your Atterberry Auction & Realty Co. account will be automatically charged at the end of the auction. There is a 3.5% credit card fee added to all purchases.
Winning Item Pickup Instructions: Saturday, October 17 | Starting at 7:00pm | Following the close of the auction, you will receive your invoice by email. Proceed to the auction tables to collect your winnings. You must show a PAID invoice to collect your items. Simply show the benefit contact, Morgan Twenter, a picture of your paid invoice on your phone.

Terms of Midway Heights Fall Fest Benefit Auction
MAX BIDS: When you place a max bid, the system will automatically bid for you up to the amount that you have entered as your max bid. Any time another person places a bid, it will place the lowest amount required to outbid that user while staying under your max amount.
EXTENDED BIDDING: The auction is scheduled to start closing at 6:00 p.m., starting with the first 50 lots. However, if a bid is placed on a lot in the final 5 minutes, the closing time extends by 3 minutes. This continues until no new bids are placed during the extension. Only lots with last-minute bids are affected; others close as scheduled.
WINNING ITEM PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS: Saturday, October 17 | Starting at 7:00pm | Following the close of the auction, you will receive your invoice by email. Proceed to the auction tables to collect your winning items. You must show a PAID invoice to collect your items. Simply show the benefit contact, Morgan Twenter, a picture of your paid invoice on your phone. ** If you are not in attendance or cannot pick up your item that night, Morgan Twenter will contact you to arrange a pickup time at a later date.
