Contents in the Auction: A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price(s) to determine the total amount owed by the winning bidder of each item.
Real Estate in the Auction: A 10% buyer’s premium, or $7500 (whichever is greater) will be added to the final bid price to determine the total contract price.
The balance is due at closing within 30 to 45 days, unless prior written arrangements have been made by contacting Tom Abbott at (814) 724-9947
The property is being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” and without any contingencies including: environmental guarantees of useability for individual items or real estate, financing, inspections, sewer, water, or electrical, and no warranty is expressed or implied by Triple States Family Auctions on any items sold.
